What is the average cost for boat and RV storage?

Do I need insurance?

Insurance is the tenant's responsibility and is a requirement to store in this facility. We ask that you provide valid proof of insurance for your stored property.

Can I have my lease payment automatically charged to my credit card each month?

Yes. When you setup your online account, you can specify payment options.

What type of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We accept NO cash or checks.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

To lease with us, you will need a valid driver's license or a federal photo ID. All motor vehicles or vessels stored must also be accompanied by a current registration or title, along with proof of insurance.

Do you offer electric hookups?

Yes. Certain parking stalls have 30-amp electric hookup access. This service is available for an additional $30 per month. Please contact the office to confirm availability and to add this option to your rental.
